Right of Withdrawal for Consumers for a Contract Where Goods Are Delivered in a Single Shipment
Instruction on Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MultiPac Montage + Verpackung GmbH, Alfred-Krupp-Str. 8, 73479 Ellwangen) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and require an individual choice or decision by the consumer or are clearly tailored to personal needs;
- for the supply of goods that may spoil quickly or have a short expiration date;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the contract conclusion but which can only be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader's control;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
